We take a fact-based approach to problem solving.

Everything we do is based on a solid fact base. We focus our strategy impact analysis on the critical issues. We make certain that the weight of evidence is behind our recommendations and that our clients have confidence in our choices.

We bring the best to our clients.

We do not have the expertise to solve every problem but we know someone who does. Therefore, we draw on the best people from a pool of independent consultants and experts. We do not have a “career ladder” hence we do not use titles (except for “big cheese” or “bigwig”!)

We work with our clients, not for them.

By collaborating with our clients throughout engagements, we build support, ensure momentum, and reach practical solutions. We work in the client’s offices so we can response quickly and be in contact.

We start all our projects by listening to our client. Then we develop what we believe is the real issue tree and root causes. Once everyone is on-board, we conduct a strategy impact analysis to get to the facts. We use both quantitative and qualitative analysis. We focus our analysis on three things: (1) observations (what?); (2) insights (why?); and (3) implications (so what?).

Armed with the facts, we align people and drive to strategic options and recommendations. These options are validated using business and financial modeling. We work closely with our client through every step of the project.
