We work with clients to drive consensus around our findings and gain alignment for how to go forward. Our Management Summit approach has proven successful with clients.
Consumer-driven Growth Strategy and Portfolio Optimization
We work with clients on focusing their resources and talent on a set of core brands capable of driving profitable growth, rationalizing or “managing for value” the remaining brands in their portfolio.
Strategic technology “bets” are also becoming more and more important to our clients. We help them link the contribution of specific
technologies to future revenue contribution aggregating an enterprise-wide “top 10” technologies list.
Strategic Consumer Relationship Management (CRM)
We support clients in building and fully benefit from profitable and lasting consumer relationships. This is done through holistic and personalized marketing, sales and service concepts using strategic impact analysis.
International Expansion Strategy
Our clients continue reviewing their international expansion efforts to fully capture the growth opportunities in strategic markets. We work with them on prioritizing markets, identifying best entry modes (e.g., greenfield, JVs, or acquisitions) and determining specific business development plans.
