How Does It Work?

We staff our projects from a pool of highly talented independent consultants (“Associates”). Our Associates have blue-chip backgrounds with consulting firms, in industry, and with the best international MBA schools. Crucially, most have the powerful combination of both consulting and operational experience that helps ensure pragmatic, high impact solutions. They are motivated, tenacious, creative and versatile, with an exceptional ability to adapt to different styles and backgrounds within consulting teams and client organizations. Most of all, they are passionate about delivering an IMPACT on our clients’ businesses.

Because we do not have the conventional pyramid-shaped consulting firm, we have lower cost and are more flexible. This means that the amount we charge per day is lower than the traditional strategy firms, and clients can therefore afford to use us for longer. From the clients’ point of view, it is a bit like having their own personal consulting firm.

We utilize a rigorous screening and interview process, and select only the most qualified Associates for projects. This means that all efforts possible are made to ensure a good fit in terms both of skills and personality between client and Associate.
