How does the application process work?

• Each candidate must pass an online screening process.The first step is to answer a couple of questions about yourself and how you deliver impact on projects. To take this step, please click here. This step usually takes 5 to 10 minutes.
• If you pass the online screening process, we will contact you for the first of two interviews. The first interview is normally a 30-min telephone interview with a partner.  This is then followed by an online competency-based self-assessment. This will help us get a better understanding of your skill sets and competencies.
• Your second interview will normally be face-to-face for 45 minutes. In that interview, we will ask you for three references from your previous experience. We will contact your references by phone to conduct a 360° competency review and compare this to your self-assessment.
• Finally, we will conduct a background check of your employment history and qualifications, obviously with your consent.

There is no cost involved in this process, and at any stage you can decided that you do not want to continue.

Once you have been accepted, you will have access to projects around the world.  We will contact you when relevant projects come in to check your availability and interest. When you are selected for and agree to a project, we agree upon a daily rate, and create a contract that applies only to that specific engagement.
